Fabulous Salsa
Fabulous Salsa!
Eat with corn chips or use as a dressing on sandwiches and potatoes.
1 1/2 LBs of Tomatoes diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 small red onion chopped fine
1 small yellow onion chopped fine
1 mild pepper chopped fine(like cerano, hot wax etc)
1 bunch of Cilantro chopped fine
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
3 teaspoons of Lime Juice
1 hot pepper (jalepeno) seeded and chopped (use gloves and wash hands imediately)
Pour all ingredients into and store in sealable container. Enjoy!
