(1) Preheat oven to 375 (2) butter or oil spray two 6” or one 12” round pans – two bread loaf pans work too, just make sure you spread the batter thinly so it bakes evenly (3) mix the dry ingredients (4) mix the eggs, vanilla, water, and oil (5) mix the dry ingredient with the egg mixture and fold in the chopped apples (6) bake for 45 min, reduce oven temp to 350 after 20 min.
