<< BackSlice tomatoes and lay on lettuce on large plate. Chop fresh basil leaves and shred fresh parmesan cheese then sprinkle both on top of tomatoes. Drizzle with a cold pressed olive oil. Can add some cucumber spears arranged around the plate for some crunch and color. Very good food!
